MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

(TO ADMIT REPLY-AFFIDAVIT)

I, MARIETA “MAYETH” C. YONGIS, Filipino, of legal age, resident of

Blk 8 Lot 30 Rome St., Phase 4, Summerwind Village 4, Burol Main, Dasmarinas
City, Cavite, most respectfully states that:

1. That I am the complainant in this case and it was ordered for resolution
on February 14, 2018, when I failed to appear in the proceedings for the case I
filed against the defendant RHONA V. SALONA. Herein attached as Annex
"1" is the said minutes of proceeding.

2. That I humbly beg unto this Honorable Court for a reconsideration of

the said Order for the reason that I did not receive a copy of the any summons
or schedules of hearing from this Honorable Court regarding the above cited
case. I only received on February 20, 2018 a copy of the Counter-Affidavit of
the Defendant so I prepared my reply-affidavit, and I was not informed that
there was a hearing held on February 14, 2018, and the same was submitted for
resolution for my failure to appear.

 3. In the interest of substantial justice and for the reason earlier stated, I
beg the compassion of this Honorable Court to admit my attached Reply-
Affidavit. Delay in the proceedings of this case was never intended.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court to set aside the Order for resolution and to admit the attached Reply-
