• Connectivity requirements, exact type and amount of needed System Modules (FSMC/D/E/F) or Capacity
Expansion Sub-Module (FBBA) in BTS site depends on amount of needed baseband capacity for the cell
configuration and traffic load

Module must be connected to Extension System Module port 6
- 2nd OBSAI cable: any of the OBSAI ports 1/2/3/4/5/6 in Master System
Module must be connected to any of the ports 1/2/3/4/5 in Extension

• 2x FBBA Mandatory - 6 Gbps OBSAI links are mandatory
- 1 x SRIO cable between Master and Extension System Module:
- must be connected to FSMF units (SRIO ports in FBBAs are not
supported)
- SFP: FOSH 6Gbps (472579A)
- Cable: FSFL MM fiber 90-90 3m cable (472894A) or FSFO Flexi system
fiber HF 2m cable (471851A).
Extension FSMF:
- RF/RRH Modules can be connected to any of the free OBSAI ports
