AUTHORIZATION LETTER

To whom it may concern,

I, Luzviminda G. Quiamco, do hereby authorize my daughter, Joy Kathleen G. Quiamco, to

perform the following acts on my behalf:

 To open a bank account under my name, and perform any act of administration necessary
thereof.
 To preserve and maintain the funds in such bank account with the necessary diligence
required for such undertaking.

In line of the foregoing, she is empowered to decide upon the matters related to the fulfillment of the
tasks hereinbefore mentioned.
