While patrolling the area of Wilkinson Street and Montgomery
Street on Feb. 26 at approximately 2 a.m., Officer Powell noticed
a white male stumbling along a sidewalk on Montgomery Street.
Powell made contact with him behind Miller Gym. The male stated
that he was walking home. Powell noticed a strong odor of alcohol
coming from the man’s breath and noticed that he had slurred
speech and bloodshot eyes. Powell called EMS after noticing that
the male had urinated on himself and appeared to be very nau-
seous. He was taken to ORMC and no further action was taken.
