1. Tell me about yourself?

Good afternoon sir,

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is ankit kumar and I am 21 years old. I was born and brought up in Jamshedpur Jharkhand.

I am currently pursuing electronics and instrumentation from Kiit university.

To brief you about my family, My father is a commerce graduate and he is working with tata steel.
My mom is a home maker. I have an elder sister and she works for Samsung electronics.

My hobbies are playing and watching cricket, listening to music, and dancing.

2. Strengths and weakness?

I am Hard worker, quick learner , a good team player and observe things closely ( team player
means one who can easily mingle with people and brings a positive atmosphere for the team)
Weakness- I want everything to be perfect then I realize I am losing out on time. I need to learn
a more of time management.

3. Why should I hire you?

I am fresher and I have a passion for learning new things. I can adapt to any technology in a
quick span of time and I will work hard towards the progress of my organization.
4. Why do you want to work for our company?

Accenture is the worlds largest IT consulting firm as measured by revenues and is listed in the
fortune global 500 company. I would like to start my career with a brand name like yours.

5. Diff between hardwork and smart work?

Hardwork- great working power
Smart work- great thinking power
6. Are you comfortable working in night shifts and weekends?
Definitely I will work at night and weekends if it is required by the company. As I am a night
person I feel my productivity is higher in the second half of the day.
7. Can you work under pressure?
Yes,
Only under pressure our minds are pushed to the limits and we can find better ideas to work.

8. Are to ready to relocate and travel?

 Yes I will find it as opportunity to explore new places and meet new people.

9. What are your long term and short term goals?

Short term goal is to get a job in a reputed company and utilize the skills learnt till now.
Long term goal- is to acquire good technical and managerial skills and see myself as an effective
manager of a company.

10. What motivates you to work?

I have a passion for learning new things and this drives me explore more and work hard towards
it. Sometimes when I am demotivated I talk to my mother and she motivates me a lot.

11. What makes you angry?

When I see people throwing garbage in the public and not in dust bins

12. How long would you company with our company if hired?
As long as me and my company both keeps growing.

13. Are you overqualified for the job?

No sir,
I feel I just fit the job profile.

14. Describe your ideal company and job and location?

My ideal company is reputed company like yours. My ideal job is a job which has a diverse work
culture and provides a good learning atmosphere.

Location is not a priority for me it should have a good mode of transport.

15. Toughest decision of your life?

When I had to decide between commerce and science stream after 10 th and both were at
equally good level .I went with science because I felt I had more inclination towards gadgets.
