Procedure for Normalization Activity:

S.No Action
1.1 Ensure to check the root cause of noise during Turbine rolling.
1.2 Ensure to each & every people should have wear ear muff/ ear plug.
1.3 Follow the instructions of SOP (Standard operating procedure).
1.4 For any venting of steam during TG steam line charging should vent via Warm up vent
only.
1.5 If Noise level is unbearable reduce drain & vent of steam.
1.6 Always drain the steam via steam trap only.
1.7 Wait for increase in Steam line temp up to desired value.
1.8 When further line heating is not required close all the drains & vents at the earliest.
