1.0 Head of Panel (Bibiana Lega@Stewart Lega) – Panel Management

1.1 Warm welcome to Cik Sylvia Goh to the English Language Panel of SMK Suai.
1.2 Puan Bibiana thanked all the teachers for all their commitments throughout the year 2017.
1.3 Puan Bibiana shares the daily lesson plan format and suggests that it must be standardized
in the Buku Rekod Mengajar (BRM).

1.4 Puan Bibiana and all the panel teachers agreed to use the Yearly Scheme of Work that is
prepared by respected teachers.
1.5 This year we will stream the class and wait for the confirmation from management.
1.6 Puan Bibiana emphasizes that the TOV and TARGET for the year 2018 will be based from the
previous test except for form 1 and form 4.

1.7 Puan Bibiana and all the panel members discussed about the MUET class that will be divided
according to the language skills. 6 teachers will involved.
1.8 The English noticeboards needs to be updated with new information. The English One Stop Centre
(HIPS)will be also added in our plan for this year. Banner for HIPS also need to be prepared.
1.9 Puan Bibiana remind the form 4 and form 5 teachers to be prepared with ULBS.
1.10 The test and all the yearly examination papers will be prepared by the panel members based on
the timetable planned.
1.11 Puan Bibiana also emphasizes on the number of exercise books needed for each yearThe
workbook bought by the pupils must be used for assigning homeworks and extra practice for the
pupils.
1.12 CEFR will be introduced to form 1 and form 2. All the details will be delivered by Miss Rajjemah
next week.
1.13 The panel members suggests to En. Farhan to handle the public speaking practice for this year
