The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator(MBTI) is an introspective self-report questionnaire

designed to indicate psychological preferences in how people perceive the world around
them and make decisions. This theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung
understandable and useful in people's lives.

The first term for the MBTI is about attitude which is Extroverts(E) and Introverts (I).
This term is look for where a person focuses his or her attention. Extrovert means people
who prefer Extraversion tend to focus on the outer world of people and things. However,
Introverts means people who prefer Introversion, tend to focus on the inner world of idea and
impressions. To be a teacher, that individual must be extrovert because teacher must
communicate with people or student when teaching. Besides, teacher should be sociable
and don’t be shy because teacher need talk in front of student and a lot of people. For the
example Lemuel Greene into its prestigious training department he helping them learn
everything from new computer languages Moreover, the second term for MBTI is about
function. There was identified two pair of psychological functions which is perceiving function
and judging function. For the perceiving function, it has Sensing(S) and Intuitive(N). This is
to judge the way a person gathers information. Sensing means people who prefer sensing
tend to focus on the present and on concrete information gained from their senses. Whereas,
intuitive means people who prefer intuition tend to focus on the future, with a view toward
patterns and possibilities. To be a teacher, he must be sensing and not intuitive because
people with sensing personality are more likely to trust information that is in the present.

Furthermore, the other one is about the judging function which is Thinking(T) and
Feeling(F). This function was based on the data of information-gathering function what they
received it. Those who prefer thinking tend to decide things from a more detached
standpoint, measuring the decision by what seems reasonable, logical, causal, consistent,
and matching a given set of rules. Besides, for those prefer feeling tend to base their
decisions primarily on values and on subjective evaluation of person-centred concerns. The
Feeling types place an emphasis on issues and causes that can be personalized while they
consider other people's motives, so it was more suitable for a teacher. Moreover, the last
term of the MBTI is about lifestyle preferences that are Judging(J) and Perceiving(P), which
show how a person deals with the outer world. People who prefer judging tend to more
prefer a planned and organized approach to life and prefer to have things settled. But then,
the perceiving types are flexible and spontaneous. For being a teacher judging types is more
suitable because teacher need to plan well for their teaching syllables and timetable.
