Recent Oregon State University graduate majoring in New Media Communications. Seeking an
opportunity to begin my career in the in my field of study. Current work experience as an
Operations Supervisor, Inventory Manager, Certified Easy Tech Associate and retail experience.
I possess ambition, strong work ethics, a have been successful working in a team environment.

Operations Supervisor March 2015 to current

Direct responsibility for managing the opening and closing of the store, its cash management duties
and daily operations including key holder, trusted with safe responsibilities including Garda
responsibilities for cash drops. In addition, responsible for shipping, receiving, return to vendor tasks
and .com returns. Lastly, provide coverage for the copy center supervisor, overall customer relations
and facility maintenance.

Inventory Manager Sept 2014 to March 2015

Responsibilities include “Zero balance walk”, daily walk around the store with an “RF“ gun on empty
shelves for inventory check and replenishment ensuring product is available for customers. Job duties
include: Inventory daily cycle counts on items price point over $100.00, missed shipments, return to
warehouse (RTW) and return to vendor (RTV.) Additionally, responsible for receiving inventory that
arrives by truck and provide copy center back up.

Certified Easy Tech Associate March 2014 to Sept 2014

As a Staple Certified Easy Technical Associate I was responsible for sales, accurately diagnosing
customer computer issues, and providing customer service through out the store. In addition, I was
responsible for tech services, in the area of virus removal, diagnostics, and hardware and software
installs.

July 2013 - September 2013 December 2013 - January 2014

Sales associate, responsible for daily sales of a large variety of sunglasses. Responsibilities included;
learning all aspects of each brand of sunglasses, cashiering, returns, discounts, opening and closing
store procedures. Achieved individual sales goals established by management that helped the overall
store goals. Consistently met personal sales goals.

Dining Hall-Food Preparation Work September 2012 to April 2013

Dining hall assistant for food preparation at one of the major Oregon State dining halls. Assisted the
chefs with cutting and preparing a variety of types of foods. Learned to use many different kitchen tools
and trained and used the many types of kitchen appliances for food preparation and clean up.
