phonemes
LEARNING STANDARD 3.1.2 Recognise and sound out with support beginning, medial and final sounds in a word
3.1.3 Blend phonemes (CVC, CCVC)
LEARNING OBJECTIVES By the end of this lesson, pupils will be able to :
1) recongnise atleast 6 words by listening and writing the correct phoneme (M)
2) recongnise atleast 4 words by Fill in the blanks with support
TEACHING AND LEARNING PRE:
ACTIVITIES 1.Pupils are guided to sing the Phonic song with Gesture
Development:
1.Pupils listen to the sounds and watch the gestures.
2.Pupils are guided to say out the sounds.
3.Pupils listen to sounds and fill in the blanks with correct Phoneme (M)
4. Pupils are guided with gestures and written phonemes on the board to fill in the blanks .(L)
POST:
1.Pupils form the Tarsia Puzzle in thier group.
