AFFIDAVIT OF QUITCLAIM/ CONFIRMATION OF SALE
I, aaa, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal
address at, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I am one of the heirs/children of bbb who died in 1987 in ccc;
bbb was one of the legal heirs/ children of the deceased xxx

2. That my father bbb was one of the co-owners of a parcel of land

situated in the barrio of 000, containing an area of 89 hectares, 82
ares, 14 centares, and covered by OCT No. kkk registered in the
name of oooo

3. That in a deed entitled, “Kasulatan ng Bilihang Lampasan ng

Lupa” dated 09089, nbnbn sold a portion of 1 HECTARE of the
above-described property to nnn. Said deed was entered in the
notarial register of atty.c as Doc. No. 1, Page No. 2, Book No. I,
Series of 2000 (ANNEX “A”)

4. On March 1, 2017, ccc sold the same parcel of land to sss under a
deed entited BILIHANG LUBUSAN NG BAHAGI NG LUPA, which
was entered in the Notarial Register of sss as Doc. No. 222, Page
No. 46, Book No. 46, Series of 2002 (ANNEX “B”)

5. That I hereby AFFIRM, CONFIRM, and RATIFY the said sale in

favor of ddd who, since the sale was made in favor of them by ffff,
are in continuous, adverse and open possession of the portion of
land herein mentioned above.

6. That recognizing the ownership of vvv and vvv over the

aforementioned parcel of land, I, Heir of vvv (child/ heir of vvv), do
hereby waive, renounce, quitclaim and return any and all rights,
interest and participation whatsoever over the above-mentioned
parcel of land in favor of ddd their heirs, successors and assigns
now and in perpetuity;
 7. That I do not interpose nor object to the issuance of new Tax
Declaration in the name of ddd;

8. That I hereby acknowledge any act of ownership of said ddd over

the above described parcel of land;

9. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily fully aware

of the consequences of this document;
