PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. The Participation Fee for Student Exchange Program Malaysia 2018 is USD 250

2. Please perform the transfer with IDR in accordance with the account information

4. After conducting the transfer process, you are expected to do a confirmation and
upload payment proof on finance@studentexchange.or.id

5. After that, we will do the checking process of incoming transfer. After the verification
process, we will directly send the invoice 3x 24.
CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your participate to be participant Student Exchange in Malaysia


2018. Terms and conditions for cancellation apply. System cancellations can be done in
terms of the Participant who cancel the MANDATORY Resignation Letter submits the events
Formally with reasons or a condition that did make the Participant cannot continue the
program.

The reasons should be valid and approved by Student Exchange in Malaysia 2018
Program’s committees

Cancellation issue will be processed max. 90 days after the program.

Otherwise, you can request a refund if the conditions were:

• Within 1x24 hours after you make payment term 1, you will charge cancellation fee
40% from the payment 1
If you cancel after 3x24 hours after payment, it is non-refundable.
• Within 3x24 hours after you make payment term 2, you will charge cancellation fee
75% from the payment 2
• If you cancel after 3x24 hours after payment term 2, it is non-refundable.

Payment must be in accordance and refer to Payment System informed via email.
Maximum delay of payment is 1 week. If there is no confirmation that you are unable to
make the payment, then Student Exchange Malaysia will conclude it as a resignation and
unable to process refund payment issue.
