Renal cell carcinoma: unmasking the masquerade

1.Case Presentation

hourly and tab tramadol 50mg 12 hourly. She was discharged after
8 days of hospital admission. The abd USS was repeated . The
conclusion then was right renal neoplasm.Despite the initial
