Respondent. Judge: Harvey

The respondent received a Verified Complaint for Divorce and signed an

Acceptance of Service, Appearance, Consent, and Waiver. The Respondent has filed his

responsive pleadings and stipulated to a final judgment without appearance and

representation of counsel. The parties have settled all financial matters according to the

attached Marital Settlement Agreement.

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:


1. That the petitioner is hereby awarded a Decree of Divorce from Respondent, such

to become final upon signature and entry herein.

2. Petitioner is ordered to pay and assume the following debts: Citibank Master Card

Account No. 1234, $1,000 by January 20, 2006. Petitioner shall hold Respondent

harmless from any liability of her portion of this joint marital debt.

3. Respondent is ordered to pay and assume all other debts incurred during the

parties’ marriage, but prior to their separation, including but not limited to the

following: Citibank Master Card Account No. 1234, $1,000, plus accrued interest, by

January 20, 2006. Respondent shall hold Petitioner harmless from any liability on his

portion of this joint marital debt.

4. Each Party is ordered to pay and assume their own debts incurred after the parties

separation on or about June 1, 2005. Each party shall hold the other harmless from any

liability on these debts.

5. The parties personal property, acquired during the marriage, is divided and

awarded as follows:

a. To Petitioner: 2001 Honda Civic.

b. To Respondent: 2003 Toyota Tundra.

c. All remaining personal property is awarded as currently held by each party.


6. The Wells Fargo Bank account shall be equally divided between the parties as

follows:

a. To Petitioner: $2,500

b. To Respondent: $2,500

7. The parties do not own an interested in real property.

8. There are no pensions, profit sharing, or retirement benefits to distribute between

the parties.

9. It is ordered that any tax refunds received shall by equally be divided between the

parties for the tax year 2005.

10. The Fourth District of Provo, Utah County, State of Utah, is awarded judgment

against the parties for all court costs incurred as a result of this action in the amount of

$350, to be paid within thirty (30) days of the entry of the Decree of Divorce.

11. The Petitioner is ordered to pay $175 of the court’s judgment.

12. The Respondent is ordered to pay $175 of the court’s judgment.

13. The Respondent is ordered to pay one-half of the Petitioner’s attorney fees.

14. Each party is ordered to execute and deliver to the other party any documents

necessary to implement the provisions of the Decree of Divorce entered by the Court.

JANE LOUISE ANDERSON-DIXON MARITAL SETTLEMENT

AGREEMENT made on this 20th day of December 2005, by and between JANE

DIXON (hereinafter referred to as "Wife"), who resides at 123 Elmwood Street, Spanish

Fork, UT 84650 and PAUL JACOB DIXON (hereinafter referred to as "Husband"), who

resides at 500 Eagle Lane, St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota 55123.
WHEREAS, we were married on the 15th day of January, 2005 in Salt Lake City,

State of Utah, and we now mutually desire to dissolve our marriage and mutually agree to

live permanently separate and apart from each other, as if we were single;

WHEREAS, we each have exercised good faith and have made fair, accurate, and

complete disclosure to each other regarding all financial and property matters pertaining

to this marital settlement agreement;

WHEREAS, we mutually desire to settle by agreement all matters regarding our

marital affairs, personal and real property, and finances;

WHEREAS, we mutually intend this agreement to be a final disposition regarding

the marital issues addressed herein and intend that this agreement be incorporated into

any subsequent DECREE OF DIVORCE.

THEREFORE, in exchange for the mutual promises herein contained, we agree to

live separately and to divide our property and finances according to the following

mutually agreed upon terms and conditions:

1. PERSONAL PROPERTY
A. HOUSEHOLD GOODS
Husband and Wife jointly own the following household goods to be divided as
follows: Couch, love seat, coffee table, two end tables, 27 inch TV, 32 inch TV,
microwave oven, coffee maker, two DVD players, and a queen bedroom set.
1) To Husband: $1000 to husband for marital property

2) To Wife: Retains ownership of the listed property.

B. AUTOMOBILES
Husband and Wife jointly own the following automobiles to be divided as
follows:

1) To Husband: 2003 Toyota Tundra

2) To Wife: 2001 Honda Civic

C. OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY


Husband and Wife own the following other personal property to be divided as
follows: Technics stereo system, 30 DVD movies, 50 music CDs.

1) To Husband: Technics stereo system and 50 music CDs.

2) To Wife: 30 DVD movies.

2. BANK ACCOUNTS
Husband and Wife jointly hold the following bank accounts:

(Account Balance) $5,000
(Name and Address of Institution) Wells Fargo Bank, 65 N 100 E, Provo, UT

The above-mentioned accounts shall be divided as follows:

1) To Husband: $2,500

2) To Wife: $2,500
3. DEBTS
Husband and Wife jointly hold the following debts outstanding:

(Account Number) 4321


(Account Balance) $2,000
(Name and Address of Institution) Citibank, P.O. Box 20501, Sioux Falls, North
Dakota

The above-mentioned debts shall be divided as follows:

1) Husband agrees to pay and assume all responsibility for the following debts:
One-half of the balance plus accrued interest at a daily rate of .125. $1,000 is the
husband’s portion of the debt.

2) Wife agrees to pay and assume all responsibility for the following debts:
One-half of the balance in the amount of $1,000.

Husband and Wife agree that from the date of this agreement, shall assume
neither any joint debt nor liability. Husband and Wife agree that each shall be
individually responsible for all debts that he or she acquires subsequent to the date
of this agreement.

4. TAX LIABILITY
Husband and Wife agree that any joint tax liability shall be assumed as follows:

1) By Husband: Payment of one-half of the tax liability due or one-half of any


refunds due.

2) By Wife: Payment of one-half of the tax liability due or one-half of any


refunds due.

5. HEALTH INSURANCE
Husband and Wife agree as follows in relation to their respective health care
coverage: Each party will carry and pay for their own health coverage.
6. SPOUSAL SUPPORT
A. Both parties stipulate to no spousal support.

7. LEGAL NAME
Husband and Wife agree that upon final divorce or dissolution of the marriage, Wife shall
have the right to retain her married name.

8. FINAL AGREEMENT
This agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Husband
and Wife relating to the settlement of martial property, finances, and supersedes all prior
discussions between us. No modification of or amendment to this agreement, nor any
waiver of any rights under this agreement, will be effective unless in writing signed by
the party to be charged.

9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Husband and Wife acknowledge that each has entered into this agreement in good faith,
without any duress or undue influence. Each understands his or her right to seek
independent counsel regarding this agreement, and each has had the opportunity to seek
independent counsel prior to signing this agreement.

10. CHOICE OF LAW


Husband and Wife agree that this agreement shall be governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Signed and dated this 20th day of December 2005.
