IV. PROJECT BRIEF

The project includes the proposal for the repainting of the amp[hi benches.
This project is intended to solve the wrong way of using the benches and maintain
a regulated and well organized campus facilities. It shall be led by the TUP-C
campus management and and the IET department and should be monitored and
guided by the auxiliary unit.

V. PROJECT BACKGROUND

Benches is a long seat for several people, typically made of wood or stone.
It use in church, automobile or in school.

In the TUP-C, students and staff are using the amphi theater bench when
they taking their break or having a forum. There are 200 students or more are
using the amphi theater . However there are many vandalism in amphi bench. It
looks dirty and uncomfortable to those who are going to use the bench.
This project proposal has to come up with the purpose of keeping the
university with an organized and well established facilities. The purpose of
repainting of amphi benches will benefits the students, staffs and teachers. In this
proposal, students will encourage to maintain the cleanliness in the university
through avoiding vandalism.
VI. JUSTIFICATION

Benches are one of primary form of making people comfortable, it helps

people lessen their tiredness when they tired in school, in paper works or in other
activity, but instead of using it properly and taking care of it some student abuse it.
They use it in a wrong way because of being careless and not aware in proper use
of benches.

There are also times when people use benches in amphi they stick or put
their chewing gum in benches.

VII. OBJECTIVES

Generally the proposal aims to keep the university facilities organized,

clean and looks descent.

Specially, it also aims to accomplish the following:

1. To make the student comfortable when using it.

2. To restore cleanliness of the benches.
3. To encourage student to use the benches and other facilities properly.

VIII. METHODOLOGY

The proponents will start the documentation in composing project

proposal about the repainting of dirty messy TUP-C amphi theater.

The proponents will set a meeting with campus director and discuss the
presentation about the proposed project. After a few days, proponents will come
back to campus director’s office for the final approval. Then the coo[eration with
the auxiliary unit will be set.

The estimation for the cost of the project shall be discussed and evaluated
with the auxiliary unit together with the assistance of the accounting office for
preparation of the project’s budget.

Purchasing all the materials needed for the repainting of dirty messy TUP-
C theater will be done within a day. In puttying the amphi’s benches shall be done
in one working day at TUP-C. it will be followed by putting paint in amphi’s
benches in the university.

The proponent shall visit the amphi theater in the first day of puttying of
amphi’s benches until its last day.

A terminal report shall be prepared by the proponent for record purpose

and for submission of the director through appropriate channels.
