Introduction:

Measurement is the assignment of a number to a characteristic of an object or event, which can be compared with
other objects or events. The scope and application of a measurement is dependent on the context and discipline.
Scientists use a shared system for reporting measurements called the International System of Units (SI). We use
common measurement systems because science involves a lot of replication to confirm results. The most common
system used in science is the metric system. The purpose of this experiment is monitoring measurements act as
indicators of the general health of the process, it has strong anticorrosive properties and bonds well with
other metals. Consequently, about one-half of the zinc that is produced is used in zinc galvanizing, which
is the process of adding thin layers of zinc to iron or steel to prevent rusting. ... Zinc is also important for
health. The measurement should identify the presence of problems, but not necessarily the cause. Breadth is thus
more important than depth. Without the ability to measure, it would be difficult for scientists to conduct
experiments or form theories. Not only is measurement important in science and the chemical industry,
it is also essential in farming, engineering, construction, manufacturing, commerce, and numerous other
occupations and activities.
