were met?
A May be set up a tracker of your tasks and try to find the root cause for falling behind and action could
be taken based on the root cause. See if you going out of the scope of project or see if more
resources are required..

Q What qualities do you have which will make you a committed and responsible professional in
corporate life.
A I am a team player and have good interpersonal skills. I focus on results no matter how much efforts I
need to put in. I am a quick learner and pick up very fast.Leadership flair in communication dedication
and honesty.I keep myself fouced on company Vission and Mission.I want to implement my learning
in work place no matter how much time it take.If i would be able to implement close 20 of learning
with my hands-on experience it would be great achievement for me.Patience team work honesty
willingness to give my 100 percent and my learning desire make for my professional qualities.

Q what kind of job do you see yourself holding five years from now?
A One has to answer this question depending on the current job position and the way he takes
responsibility in the organsation in many ares of its field to overcome the situation and to resolve the
issues through cost-effective methods.He should then think of himself/herself to the higher position as
comparing the people holding the current higher position of his/her own field.Five years down the line
I see myself fully established and regarded by my colleagues. I see myself working on some great
projects.My capabilities allow me to hold a position/job high above my collegues with whom I will
work at the same desk at present.

Q what were some of your thing about your last job that you found most difficult to do ?
A The main thing found difficult to do is to get the work done by others(subordinates).

Q what were your expectations for the job and to what extent were they met?
A My expectations from the job was to maintain a give and take relation with the management. i.e. if I
am putting in all my efforts to achieve something which will surely be more than my responsibilities
and will be for the improvisation of the process/department I am handling then the management
should be fair enough to consider my efforts and take care of my ambitions. (The answer to the
second part of the question depends on the experience of the person.)

A The first challenge was to establish myself which I achieved by hardwork and the second challenge
was to establish myself in a short span of time which I achieved by my smart work.
and The difference between the hard work and the smart work is that for the former we need to put in
a lot of efforts and for the later we need to think of the ways as to how to put in the efforts to get the
quick results.

A short term goal:
my short term goal is to improve my problem solving and inter-personal skills by working in a team of
intelligent and committed people.
long term goal:
my long term goal is to create an unique and reputable image for me in any industry i work in, so that
i can be able to use my skills and experience towards helping my fellowmates to improve.

A My career objective is improvement within.I agree with the saying "what you sow so you reap", accordingly
if we work hard the outcome will be the best & likewise if we be determined to our goal/job certainly there would be
no room for improvement to escape us. my short term goal is to learn new technology and make my self techincally
strong as well as in people management skill which will make sure me to acheive my long term goal as soon as

A As for as satisfation from current is concerned I am quite happy.The reason to leave the current job is that I
am looking for some more challenging type of work. I want to shoulder more responsibilities where I can

I try to find the solution and forget the stress. Because carrying stress leads to bunch of stress.

A Actually Communication plays a vital role in today's world. You need to be more powerful communicator to
make your dreams come true. You may be loaded with knowledge but what's the use if you are not able to
communicate it with others. Thus communiction not only helps you but also makes you share your ideas and

A I see the pros and cons match them with my preferences and then take the decision.

A I believe the motivators for creativity are:
1) a perceived need to resolve or produce something and
2) the confidence in one's capacity to succeed.

Though these are the motivators they won't necessarily guarantee success. In order to be successful you
must also have the knowlege (gained through experience) and the imagination (of how things can relate and
interact in new ways).

A good frame of mind and confidence are one the most important things. With confidence comes a clear view
of your plans which have to be executed. Although luck plays a SMALL role. :)

difficult?
A The toughest decision in the recent days is surely my job shift. one reason that made it really look difficult
was the choice between my current and aspiring Employer. situations become more difficult, b'coz my
current Employer used to be my Aspiring Employer during the start of my Career

A I give due thought to any situation that comes my way
It may be as simple as reaching some place for a meeting.I would consider how much time it takes
considering if there is a traffic jam and many other factors.
And in life for almost everything i always have a backup plan.

Q How do you go about making an important decision affecting your career?


A Career decisions are surely the toughest one and almost inevitable. I follow my instincts during any doubtful
situations. b'coz in dilema u r not in the position to make a decision. what better guide can we get other
then our inner voice during those difficult situations. This doesn't infact means that decision regarding the
priority in life be left just to intuitions. Intuitions also needs input in the form of one's likes and dislikes.
Goals proper set once as such go a long way in creating a good intuitive judgement.

Q what is something you would like to avoid in your job ? why?


A I would like to avoid being micro-managed. I know what I'm doing and I know how to do it. The manager
should just tell me what needs to be done when it's needed and the constraints. After that just let me carry
the ball and get out of my way.

A Flexibility at work means ready to change and accept changes in role. Change of role means exhibiting your
versatility. It also mean one is proactive and assertive. Flexibility helps in tapping our own potentialities and

procedures?
A Company Policies & procedures are the boundary or like fence we have around our houses. You must stay
within the boundary to be safe and any breach in that boundary will cause you unknowingly.

The changes in the company policies must be in good will of a company and we must adhere with that. If you
make your boundary stronger the only reason is to protect your self better. Same way the tighter and tougher
policy is to make work place safe and better.

Q Do you feel pressure in your job? Tell me about it?


A NO never complain against ur senior or the team in which u r working this gives an idea to the employer that
ur not so flexible and might not suit our job.

A There are many ways to do Performance Appraisal:
1. 90 degree appraisal-- Where the performance feedback is taken only from the Supervisor
2. 180 degree appraisal-- Where the performance feedback is taken from the peers.
3. 360 degree appraisal-- Where the performance feedback is taken from the supervisor, the subordinates ,
the peers and the self appraiser.

Performance management is a system by which we should recognise and utylize the employees skill
efficiencyand as well as identifying his/her drawbacks negitive points and try to remove those.

A I am a person with hardworking, a person who understnad the work ethics, a person who is keen at his

A If i have skill/sort of experience on a job than definatly i will give a innovative ideas for the growth of a
company as well has iwill update my skill set by giving innovative ideas

A Well, your current position will still remain open and you have to interview atleast one more person. It may
be difficult for you to find a more dedicated and knowledgable person than myself.

As for me, I have to continue my search for excellent and best in class company where I can get challenging
and rewarding work experiance. I thought we had win-win situation

Q You are a team member of a 5 group team. Your best friend is your team leader.
You are provided with a project and you should submit in 30 days. Every
alternate day after the project is started Your team leader goes to client and
comes up with the changes to be made. 10 days completed and there is no
progress in the project. How do you handle this situation and tellyour friend ie.,
the team leader?

A Use my friendship relations to politely tell and take my project leader into confidence about the way the
project is going ahead. Sit discuss with him and clearly re-draw the road map on how to proceed further. If
the project has genuine hurdles (not anticipated) and going ahead will incur losses more than what has been
spent so far take a decision to abandon.

First I will suggest my friend to gather all requirement from client if you are not getting the requirement
entirely we are also ready to come with you. Now prepare the scope and design now lets start working we
have vary less day if we start working from today itself then we will complete our project before time
otherwise we have to suffer in last.

Q "Customer is a key, or key is a customer" Describe. Please give me the answer.


A it means that
customer is important for any organization because without them no business is possible.
key is customer because they contribute in business by mouth publicity if they are satisfied they can
addcustomer in organization but if they are not satisfied they can reduce customers also

A Keeping your key quality employees happily by all means so that the company would not lose them to the
peer competitive companies.

A If you showed your learning curiosity anywhere in your career then you should explain about that incident to
