Add Details to Goals/Attributes (Sheet 2a,2b)

Upload the Completed Goal Seet

Important Points
Read the following instructions carefully :
Details
(i) Save the downloaded excel in .xls (97-2003) format only and
(ii) Upload the file in the same format
(iii) Do not make any changes in the excel format/sheet name/ do not delete any tab/sheet in the file

It is important that you Enable Macro using following instructions :


a) Excel 2003: Tools-->Macro-->Security-->Select 'Low'-->OK
b) Excel 2007: Office Button-->Excel Options-->Trust Center-->Trust Center Settings-->Macro Settings-->Enable all Macros-->OK
Pl Note : Close the Excel Sheet and re-open it after enabling Macro to start the goal setting in the excel

(i) Select the required Template from <<Select Template>> drop down (Cell B5)
(ii) Click on "Show Goal Measures" button
(iii) Enter the count of customized goal measures to be added in B6 [In Customized Goal Template only]
(iv) Select 'Add/Delete' from the drop down in Column ''C' as required
(v) Click on "Confirm Goal Measures"

(i) Role Based Attributes are already added in Sheet 2 b


(ii) Sheet 1 b should be used only if additional attributes needs to be assigned to the appraisee
(iii) Select 'Add/Delete' from the drop down in Column "C"
(iv) Click on Confirm Attributes
(i) Fill in the required details in Columns B, D to H for Goal Measure ; Column 'D' for Attribute
(ii) Click on 'Validate Goal/ Vlidate Attribute'
(iii) Details of the Errors will be shown in "Error" Sheet
(I) Validate goals and attributes for correctness [till Error Sheet is blank]
(ii) Log onto SPEED --> Worklist --> Goal Setting Notification of the appraisee --> Upload Excel

(i) If previous Goal Sheet is Rolled Over, Goal Measure/ Attributes will be auto populated in Sheet 2a,2b
(ii) Any changes in the already set Goals/Attributes can be done using the "Add/Delete" option in Sheet 1a/1b in Column 'C'
