INTRODUCTION

Torpedo Cleaning Services (TCS) is a commercial, industrial and domestics cleaning

company. The majority of our work is the cleaning of schools, commercial and
industrial premises on an on-going contractual basis but, of course, we also
undertake ad-hoc and one-off projects as required.
Our core services also include pre-occupation cleaning of new developments, the
pre-inspection cleaning at the end of tenancies (to a guaranteed bond standard), the
regular cleaning of business & private premises and emergency cleaning after
traumatic events such as accidents, spillages, smoke or water damage.

TCS. Although it was started with a modest amount of capital but today Torpedo
Cleaning Services is growing fast in every aspect in order to meet the demand of the fast
growing Industry.
We are supported by a strong management team comprising people with relevant
technical experience. We at Torpedo Cleaning Services believe that a good health is

At Torpedo Cleaning Services we have pioneered a program whereby our staff monitors
your premise together with you and guarantee that your customized cleaning schedule
will be followed in an efficient, effective and professional manner. We feel that it not the
quantity of supervisor that matters but the quality of the supervisor that counts.
Torpedo Cleaning Services employee’s selection, employee training and periodical
inspections are to ensure that our services in your premises will meet your expectation.
We understand that personnel selection; instruction and evaluation must be conducted in
accordance to accomplish customers cleaning requirement. Taking into consideration the
requirement of your business nature our selection of the employees entails a personal
interview followed by thorough reference check. Our instruction to the staffs involves
combination of method of work, which includes hand-on demonstration and printed
instruction. This is to ensure that our workers will be able to execute the task given
accurately and confidently.
The system employed to monitor our client’s properties and facilities and with our
experience enables us to effectively handle the labour demands and the financial
requirement of any account we contract. Our personnel management techniques are
unique and centred on cost control and provide a quick response to client need as they
change throughout the year.
STAFFING
It is the intention of Torpedo Cleaning Services that our client’s premises are kept in a
neat and clean condition at all times. The specification submitted herein will be
considered minimum requirement. Therefore this specification will only be referred to as
a guide rather than limitation to the services required to effectively maintaining the
facility.
The facility is to be staffed to maintain an optimum condition of cleanliness. If the level
of cleaning at any time is considered to be unacceptable, Torpedo Cleaning Services will
adjust its staff to take the necessary measure to overcome the situation.
Staffs shall be adjusted as required to accomplish any periodical maintenance herein
specified without abandoning the daily janitorial services.

CHAIN OF COMMANDS
To enable us to provide quick and effective response to all the needs of our customer’s
requirement, we have a short and flexible and yet efficient chain of command. The
personnel assigned to your facility are directly in charge of all day to day tasks. The
personnel will work closely with the manager in conjunction with the operation of the
immediate area. The operation manager is responsible for the Inspection of work and
provides back up to ensure continuity of high quality performance. The manager
conducts inspection primarily during business hours and periodical throughout the year.
