interpersonal communications. I started as a project manager and led the pre-production stages of all projects
including meeting with clients, developing plans, budgeting, casting, finding locations,
etc. I was promoted to the team of videographers and we shared several roles such
as director, producer, camera operator, director of photography, editor, audio
technician, script writer and media specialist to include photography and graphic
design. We created media for the entire online curriculum and on campus curriculum.
I was then promoted to media specialist to encompass these roles for 13 other
departments across the campus.

I started as a stats coordinator for the BYU-I basketball league but quickly took
