identified.

# Satisfaction with job and employer

#opportunities for carrier progression.

#Good working condition.

As per recent analysis, it has been found that less seafarers are staying at sea
beyond 10 years.

Those who do remain until retirement, yet such category of people are increasingly
becoming rare as a result of deteriorating working condition.

By review, we have found the various factors that influence seafarer retention.
