This CFP is to help jumpstart an ecosystem for
new digital media apps & services

Not for R&D funding, but to facilitate


commercialization and regionalization

Innovative product demo


and documented viability

To identify the next home bred company
producing first class products / services

To establish Singapore as a global player in new


niche areas in digital media applications and
services by 2015

FUNDING
1. Co-funding:
i. Operational (manpower, equipment,
professional services)
ii. Development (materials)

2. Not exceed 50% of total qualifying project cost

3. Disbursed on a reimbursement basis


FUNDING
4. Project funding typically given for not more
than two years (possibility of extensions on a
case-by-case basis)

5. Preference for some form of “returns” on


funding (e.g. X% revenue over a 3 year period
after disbursement of the grant is completed).
