Brogden Middle School - Principal Resident 2017-present
 Evaluate educators to advance the school’s vision to help every student reach their full potential
 Lead data driven design of transition plan that has increased instructional time
 Develop and support the implementation of MTSS
 Collaborate with the Testing Team to create and implement an effective testing plan
 Promote and facilitate professional growth, cooperation, and self-development for the faculty through
 Recruit quality staff in a historically hard to staff school
 Communicate clear and consistent messages to students and staff so to establish and maintain a positive culture of learning and
respect
 Supervise the 7th grade team in their pursuit of academic excellence holding team meetings to align a common mission and vision

 Led and collaborated with the 5th grade team in planning, preparing and organizing lessons and units
