APPEALS:
Any part not satisfied with the decision of the
PHC may file appeal within 15 days from receipt
thereof with the Office of the President (OP) or
the Office of the Secretary of the DENR, provided
that no simultaneous appeals shall be allowed

application
2. Full compliance with all applicable
environmental laws, rules and regulations.

performance as shown in an Audit Report of
the EMS.

Approaches
1. Industry associations
Participation shall be either by establishment as
an industry association. The association shall
conduct preliminary discussion with DENR on
behalf of its interested members and may enter
into an agreement through ECONA.
