    Problem

    1. Engr. Antonio Tagorda is being indecisive on what steps should be taken in organizing
    his department.

    2. He lacks information regarding the nature of market the company must tap.

    Solution

    Engr. Tagorda should research and or consult marketing managers to what nature of
    market the company must tap. Then asses the capabilities of the company in production with the
    possible demand, thus securing that there won’t be any problems with the costumer. Based on his
    research and assessments there he can make a list of employees needed to organize his
    department. Therefore doing this solve both of his problems for the mean time. In the long run,
    there will be more problems to encounter, having consultants to help him in his indecisiveness
    will help solve problems much faster.
