Experience Supervise VAS network (SMSC, MMSC, WAPGW, USAU, Message plus, USSD,
AAA and I2000) performance and suggest preventive as well as corrective actions
whenever required to ensure strict quality assurance for all VAS network entities.

1) WorldCall SMSC Deployment

• Complete Hardware and software installation of SMSC node on IBM Servers.

• Installation and configuration of USAU machine. (protocol converter),
• Installation and configuration of SQL Server 2000.
• Completed the swap-out of Samsung SMSC in WorldCall successfully.
• Integration with IN.
• Installation and configuration of Eudemon 200 Firewalls.
• Carried out PAT (Preliminary Acceptance Tests).
• Gave training to the customer about the maintenance of the system.

2) PTCL EvDO Deployment

• Completed the installation and commissioning of AAA and PDSN.

• Trouble ticket (TT) management: Take immediate actions for tickets and
follow up the issue actively till its resolution.

• Tier 1 diagnostics need to escalate for Tier 2 diagnostics if the trouble cannot
be resolved as per SLA.
• Prepared a plan and performed the 7 to 8 digit number conversion for WorldCall
and SCO (Special Communication Organization).
