Instructions for a Volunteer

The Valentine's Day party will take place on Friday, February 16th from 9:30
to 11:00 am

During this time students may choose to do one of the following activities;
make slime or play a board game with a friend.

For those students who want to make slime, please help students with the
procedures and materials they will need. Students will need: a plastic
container with a lid, baking soda, glue, contact lens solution and spoons. All the
materials are found in my cabinet.

Instruct students to mix all the ingredients in the container. Remind students
not to take the slime out of the container because this may cause to get it on
their clothes.

When students are done making the slime, please instruct students to dispose
of the materials properly, and to write their names on the container. Also,
please make sure to place all ingredients back into the cabinet. Instruct
students to clean up their area, and to close the container with their lid.

For those students who decided to play a board game, ask them to put all the
materials back where they found them.

The overall goal of these activities was for students to have fun and enjoy
their day doing something that they like.
