 Step 2 : Enter Details

1) Enter Loan Account Number or Registered Mobile No.

2) Enter the Captcha shown in box.
3) Click on “Submit”.
 Step 3 : Generate OTP

2) Enter

the box below.

 4) Confirmation of OTP being sent will

pop up on screen. (Check last four
digits of your mobile number).
5) Click on “Ok” to proceed to OTP

Note: OTP is valid only for only 15 minutes
3) Click on “Re-Send OTP”, if OTP is not

 Step 5 : Click on proceed to download

1) Once the OTP is verified, click on “Proceed to Download” tab.

 Step 6 : Option to Download or Email
