AFFIDAVIT OF RECOGNIZANCE

I, LUCRECIA MARTIZANO y TAMAYO, of legal age, Filipino, married

and a resident of No. 41 Manunggal Street, Tatalon, Quezon City,
Metropolitan Manila after being sworn in accordance with law states: THAT

1. That I am the mother of accused WILMAR TAMAYO y

SORIANO a.k.a. “WILMAR TAMAYO, Jr. y
MARTIZANO”, who was convicted by Honorable Court,
RTC Branch 49, Manila ;

2. I am willing to assume custody and/or recognizance over

his person during entire probation period and I will see to it
that the Accused complies with all the conditions imposed
on the grant of his probation;

3. I shall abide and obey all orders and directives of this

Honorable Court in connection with my role as custodian of
the Accused.
