Objective:

To have an effective manage and organized Pizza Dough Order


in order to avoid any wrong input and share data between all
users

The Structure and Process

1. All Chef must use the Pizza Dough order form and send the email before
10.00 am. of everyday.

2. Email must send to

Peppina33 Manager: manager.33@peppina.asia
Operation Manager: woraphon@peppina.asia
Purchasing Manager: or@peppina.asia

3.Peppina33 Chef will print the order form on 11.00 am. every day, then send
to Peppina33 Pizza Chef.
 In case of Peppina33 Chef day off, Peppina33 Manager must take
care this job.
 In case of Peppina33 Pizza chef day off, please send order form to
Pizza Boy-K.M

4.Peppina33 Pizza chef must prepare the amount of pizza dough by the order
form.

5.After finish pizza dough, Peppina33 Pizza chef will put the order form in the
Pizza dough box and send to concetto.
6.The Stock and logistic team must check the amount of pizza dough with the
order form before delivery process.
