Director of Students advancement.
Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring of 32
academic programs to promote students at the college. In charge of
training, counseling and management of unit staff.
Responsible for planning, budgeting and submission of applications
and reports for funds. Manage and monitor programs’ expenditures.

Sexual Abuse -Haifa

1991 – 1997 Haifa Rape Crisis Center – Jewish and Arab Center – Haifa,
Israel
Active Volunteer.
Volunteered on the Hot Line to receive phone calls of victims of sexual
assault, and provide them with the proper guidance and support by
enabling them to talk about their crisis or situation. Helped victims of
sexual assault reclaim their confidence and regain their energy to fight
their assailants. Met with the victims, when needed, and accompanied
them to medical examinations and to the police station if they chose.

1982 – Present "House Of Hope" International Peace Center - Shefar-Am


Member.
Responsibilities include hosting international annual visits, taking
part in seminars, conferences and workshops in conflict resolution
and peace, taking part in courses on youth leadership for Arabs and
Jews.
Participated in the conference at The Children of Abraham and the
Art of Peacemaking "Christians, Muslims and Jews who work
together for peace", Paris- France (June 2004), in the “tolerance
workshop”.

2002 – 2005 Active Volunteer in "Accessible Community Project" for


disabled people in the community with the participation of the
Popular Center and Social Work Office- Shefar-Am
Volunteered in designing and organizing social activities for disabled
people such as giving lectures, organizing parties, trips, seminars, for
the purpose of helping them integrate into disabled society and
increase the community and public awareness of the position and status
of handicapped people.
