AFFIDAVIT-COMPLAINT

I, CHRISTINE CUAJAO Y PABILLORE, Filipino, 17 years of age,

single, with home address at Kauswagan, Talacogon, Agusan del Sur, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say THAT:

FACTUAL ANTECEDENTS

1. Between the period 3 June 2010 to 6 April 2011, I was living

inside St. Anne Parish Convent located at Brgy. Poblacion, Municipality of
Tubay, Agusan del Norte;

2. I was then a fourth-year high school working student under the

care, charge and custody of Father Raul A. Cabonce, a Diocesan Priest,
assigned thereat;

3. Then living with inside St. Anne Parish Convent were Richie
Tuyor with whom I shared a room at the first floor of the building, Rey
Canatoy and Michael Vistal who occupied a room at the second floor of the
building and Father Raul A. Cabonce who occupied another room also at the
second floor;

FIRST
CAUSE OF ACTION

4. Sometime on 27 February 2011, at about 7:30 in the evening,

more or less, I was inside St. Anne Parish Convent, particularly at our
designated room after having washed the dishes;

5. Father Raul A. Cabonce went inside our room and requested me to

give him a massage;

6. With no malice aforethought, I followed him to his room at the

second floor of the building;

5. When I entered his room following him, I saw a knife above the
table and two long firearms hanged at the wall, which I did not mind at all;

6. He then took off his shirt, and, using, the ointment he gave me, I
started massaging his back while he was lying face down;

7. I am executing this Affidavit-Complaint in attestation to the

foregoing declarations and for the purpose of instituting a formal criminal
complaint against my husband, MELARDO MILEX C. JUTILO, for violation
of Republic Act 9262, for failure to give support to our common child, for
bringing his mistress to the conjugal home causing me and our child emotional
and psychological stress.
