WORK EXPERIENCE

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR ENGINEER

My responsibilities included:
 Ensuring the quality and standard of construction work through well
planed monitoring and supervision.
 Designing construction plans, working out bill of quantities and cost

CONSTRUCTION  Providing technical support to contractors as required in order for
them to execute the construction works as per contract agreements
and specification.
 Giving orientation to CEC members on basic construction standards,
mixes and monitoring tools.
 Certifying the completion of construction work jointly with community
education committee and REO’s.
 Preparing and submit monthly monitoring and quarterly progress
reports.
 Provide and support the project manager for drawing partnership
contract on administratively and financial aspects.

 Working out quantities and cost estimations.
 Designing and planning building drawings with their specifications.
 Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per
specifications.
 Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and
monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
