Pan Pizza

Ingredients

For Crust: For Toppings:


1 1/4 T Yeast Pizza Sauce
1/2 C warm water. Sweet Ham
1 3/4 A.P.F. Hotdog
1/2 tsp salt 1 Green Bell
Pepper
3/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 C
Mushroom
1/4 C oil 1 C Grated Quick Melt Cheese

Procedure
-Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water.
-In a bowl, combine salt sugar and flour.
-Pour into the yeast mixture. Add oil and the remaining water.
-Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Let dough rise for an hour
or until double in bulk.
-Divide dough into two 12-inches pizza plate.
-For each pizza, spread half of tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
-Top with ham, salami, hotdog, bell pepper and mushroom.
Sprinkle with cheese. -Bake at a pre-heated 400°F oven until done.
Cinnamon Roll
Ingredients
2/3 C milk 6 C A.P.F
3/4 C sugar 2 eggs
1t. salt 1/4 C Butter
1/2 C Butter 1 C Sugar
5 t. yeast 1 T. Cinnamon
1/2 C warm water 3/4 C Raisins

For Caramel Glaze


1 C Sugar
1/4 C Butter
1/4 C Sugar

Procedure
For Dough :
In a sauce pan, scald milk together with sugar, salt and butter. Set aside. In a
large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add in milk mixture. Gradually
mix in 3 cups flour. Beat in 1 whole egg and egg yolk. Add more flour to
form a dough that is easy to handle. Knead dough in a floured surface until
smooth and elastic to greased bowl then cover w/ a damp cloth and let rise
until double in bulk. Punch down dough. Knead briefly to expel air. Roll out
dough into a rectangle. Brush w/ butter and combine sugar cinnamon and
Raisins. Sprinkle over dough roll up dough from a narrow side pinch edges
to seal. Cut roll into 6 equal parts. Arrange rolls into a greased 13x9x2 inch
rectangular pan. cover and let rise until double. Combine egg white and 1 t.
water. Brush over rolls. Bake at pre heated oven 350F oven for 30 to 35
mins until brown. Remove from pan and cool.

For Caramel Glaze:


Caramelize sugar in a sauce pan. Add butter and water then let boil until
thick drizzle over baked cinnamon rolls.
Chocolate butter
Cake
Ingredients
1/2 bar butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 + 1/8 C sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 pc large egg
1/8 C fresh milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 C water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 C A.P.F
1/4 C cocoa powder

Procedure
1.Sift the flour baking powder baking soda and salt. Set aside
2. Cream the butter until smooth and light
3. Add sugar gradually and continue creaming
4. Add the egg milk vanilla and water stir well
5. Add the sifted dry ing. and mix until smooth
6. Pour the batter into a line muffin pan and baked at pre heated
oven for 20-25 mins or until done
Banana Butter Cake
Ingredients

1/2 bar butter


1/8 C fresh milk
1 1/4 + 1/8 C sugar
1/2 + 1/8 C water
1 1/2 pc large egg
2 C A.P.F
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C mashed banana
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C crushed peanut
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Procedure

1. Sift the flour baking powder baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2. Cream the butter until smooth and light.
3. Add sugar gradually and continue creaming.
4. Add the milk water egg and vanilla. Stir well.
5. Add the sifted dry ing. and mix until smooth.
6. Blend in mashed banana and crushed peanuts.
7. Pour the batter into a line muffin pan and top with chocolate
chips and bake at pre heated oven for 20-25 mins or until done.
Grilled Chicken
Apple Sandwich
Ingredients

1/4 kilo Chicken breast boiled and


flakes
2 Stalk celery chopped

3/4 C mayonnaise

1 pc apple finely chopped


1 T. lemon juice
1/2 C grated carrots
6 pcs slice cheese

12 slices whole wheat bread


2 T. butter

Garnishes
Potato chips/ Fries/ Lettuce leaves

Procedure
In a small bowl combine the first six ing. except cheese. Spread
filling then cover it w/ another slice of bread. Spread the another
side w/ butter. grill the sandwiches over medium heat, turning once
until cheese melts. Next toast it in dual contact indoor grill for
about 3-5 mins until brown. Serve w/ garnishes.

Swiss
Roll
Ingredients
For Batter Mixture:
1 1/2 C cake flour
1/2 C water
1/2 tsp baking powder
7 pcs egg yolks
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C vegetable oil

For Meringue:
3/4 C sugar
1 pinch cream of tartar
7 pcs egg whites

Procedure

1. Sift Cake flour baking powder salt and 3/4 C sugar(3x). Set
aside
2. Make a well at the center and add in water egg yolks vanilla and
vegetable oil and mix until smooth. Set aside
3. Beat egg whites w/ cream of tartar until smooth peaks form add
sugar gradually while beating continue beating until stiff not dry
4. Fold beaten egg whites into the batter mixture and blend well
5. pour the batter mixture into a greased line pan and bake for 30
mins until done

For the Filling

1 C sugar 1/4 C cornstarch


5 pcs egg yolks 1 big can evap milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Procedure:
Combine all ing. in a sauce pan and cook until thick but
spreadable.

For Butter Icing

1 C butter
1/2 C milk Evap
1 C sugar

Procedure:
Combine milk and sugar and chill overnight cream the butter until
smooth and add milk and sugar little by little until all the mixture
is used. Frost side and tops of cakes.
Bacon Lettuce
Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients
3 Strips Bacon
1 Hamburger Ban
1 t. Mayonnaise
2 pcs. Lettuce Leaves
1 pc. large tomato cut into rings
1 pc slice cheese

Procedure
Cook bacon on its fat. Drain in paper towel. Set aside. Lay the
bread on a plate and spread w/ mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves on
top of each bread followed by 3strips of bacon top w/ tomato slices
and cover the bread w/ the other bread. wrap and refrigerate.
