Lifeline E-Stop and Cable Pull Switches
The Lifeline cable operated system with optional
pushbutton can be installed along or around awkward
machinery such as conveyors and provide a continuous
length of emergency stop access up to a span of 125 m.
The combination of cable and push button allows
convenient access to E-stop functions at all points along
the span. In the event of the cable losing tension or being
pulled, the Lifeline will lockout the machine power thus
stopping the hazardous motion. To aid simple installation
of the cable operated system, the LRTS, a unique cable
(rope) tensioning system is available. Other methods are
traditionally time consuming and sometimes awkward to
fit, the LTRS can reduce setup time to as little as 3 minutes.

The 800G product line has global ratings for improved

provides an inexpensive alternative to the traditional
