Acts punished and their elems

1. Cutting removing , gathering products , collecting and timber or other forest from any
forest land without any authorization ;
a. That the accused cut, gathered, collected, or removed timber other forest
products; or
b. That the timber or other forest products cut, gathered, collected or removed
from any forest land
c. That the cutting, gathering, collecting or removing was without authority
under a license agreement, lease, license, or permit granted by the state.
2. Cutting and , gathering, collecting and removing timber from alienable or disposable
public land, or from private land without any authorization
a. That the accused cut, gathered, collected, or removed timber of other forest
products;
b. That the timber cut, gathered, collected or removed from alienable or
disposable public land or private land
c. That the cutting, gathering, collecting or removing was without authority
under a license agreement, lease, license, or permit granted by the state.
3. Possession and of timber or other forest products without the legal documents
required under existing forest laws and regulations
a. That the offender possesses timber or other forest products;
b. That the possession is without the legal documents as required under
existing forest laws.
