Payment Plan

SHAURYA KUNJ AWASIYA YOJNA - DELHI

A. Para Military Forces Housing Welfare Society would go for construction of ats for o cers, sub-ordinate o cers
and any other rank employees, their relatives &friends (subject to availability) under the land pooling process of DDA(MPD 2021)

B. Under this scheme the society will procure land in declared L zone near Dwarka New Delhi. The procured land would be handed over to Delhi Development
Authority (DDA), when land pooling noti cation comes into e ect, DDA would allocate 48% to 60% of land parcel in nearby area (where we will procure the land) after
completion of land pooling and development of infrastructure e-g, road, park, sewerage, electricity etc., in declared residential zone of smart city. The process of
construction of ats will commence thereafter.

C.   ESTIMATED FLAT COST:  The registered member will make the payment through a/c payee Cheque/DD/RTGS only in favour of Para Military Forces
Housing Welfare society  . As land procurement cost and according to at sizes which are given below :-

a)  2 BHK i.e.,   1000 Sq.ft.      Rs.15 Lakh

b)  3 BHK i.e.,   1320 Sq.ft.    Rs. 20 Lakh

c)  4 BHK i.e.,   1700Sq.ft.     Rs.25.50 Lakh

50% of this amount can be paid in “Two equal quarterly instalments & on receipt of information from the society and balance 50% of this amount can be paid when
DDA would invite application for land surrender from The society.

E. The Cheque/DD of membership application as well as land cost must be submitted in the o ce at  A-52, IInd, Floor, FIEE COMPLEX, Okhla phase-II, New Delhi-
110020, Phone-011-41020505, 09333003300, 09212544111, 9990777697 during 10:30 am to 6:00 pm on any working day from Monday to Saturday.

F. The membership no., Name and Mobile no. Must be written on the back of the Cheque/DD.

G. This opportunity to participate in the IInd phase of this scheme for at in the society is open upto 31st AUG 2017.
