PREAMBLE

The purpose of this document is to provide information

regarding the LoopX project, its core conceptual idea,
business model, competitive advantages, team, ICO details
and roadmap towards the 1st Minimum Viable Product. A more
technical description of core architecture and APIs will follow
after the ICO funding phase. LoopX started from a simple idea.
Trading in this everchanging market, with its complex technical,
