On Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 0043 hours, I responded to 3084 Coral Vine Ln, Unincorporated Winter Park, Seminole County Florida,
in reference to a possible domestic disturbance.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with Nicholas Gordon and his girlfriend, Laura Leal. Gordon completed a sworn written statement
advising of the following. Gordon stated that he just wanted Leal to leave his residence due to her ripping his shirt and throwing a bottle
at him. Gordon stated that she attacked him for no reason and that she is “crazy.” Gordon stated that he did not want to pursue any
charges against and again stated that he just wanted her to leave his residence. Gordon stated that he was not struck by the bottle but,
did have a small cut on his left thumb. Gordon stated that both he and Leal had been drinking alcohol beverages. Gordon stated that
they have been together for a year.

I then spoke to Leal, who I observed to have a visible injury to include slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood. Leal refused medical
treatment and completed a sworn written statement. Leal stated that she went and picked up Gordon from a bar in Sanford. While
traveling southbound on 417, near Red Bug Lake Rd. Leal stated that she was driving and Gordon then struck her in the right side of her
cheek area several times. Leal stated that he also pulled her hair and stated to her that he should make her wreck the vehicle. Leal
stated that they then returned to his home and got into a verbal altercation. Leal stated that they live together as a couple within the
past six months.

I took several digital photos of her facial area.

Leal refused to press charges against Gordon and signed the refusal portion of the statement. Leal refused to completed and/or sign
any domestic violence paperwork.

Based on her statement and physical evidence, I placed Gordon under arrest for battery domestic violence as he did unlawfully commit
domestic battery by hitting her in the face and pulling her hair.

Leal was given a copy of her Legal Notice of Rights and Remedies and her SAO court date.

Nicholas Gordon was arrested for Battery Domestic Violence. I placed him in handcuffs, which were checked for proper placement and
fit.

Nicholas Gordon was transported to the JEPCF without incident.
