Description

By using CREO software, we designed a wave spring. These springs are precise and flat
wire compression springs that fit into Assemblies that other springs cannot since the overall lengths
and operating heights of wave springs are lower than those of conventional springs, they will often
reduce the size of an Assembly by as much as 50% and also with the help of ANSYS workbench the
deflection, equivalent stress,shear stress,fatigue analysis, modal analysis are carried out.Fatigue
analysis reviles that wave spring has high fatigue life than coil spring.

Extra Curricular Activities.
