READINESS TO ACT
➢ NRMPS employs highly effective leaders at all levels within the
organization.
➢ There are pockets of excellence as it relates to using student
data to drive and inform professional practice and school-level
decisions.
➢ However, we lack the consistency of a Common Instructional
Framework. During this Leadership session today we will begin
the critical work of reshaping how we examine, discuss and
improve the essential work of high quality teaching and
learning.
