Introduction
GRADE 12 Senior High School Students have started their work immersion related to
their selected academic track or their selected vocational course. The immersion trains
students and strengthen their skill or expertise for their work in the future. It is part of the
K-12 program which prepares students to work in companies. According to the
Department of Education, this program is an 80-hour hands-on encounter which Senior
High students must experience to open them to the genuine working environment setting
and improve their abilities learned in school. The Department of Labor and Employment
said work this is an integral part of the K to 12 Program in fully realizing its goal to produce
job-ready graduates equipped with industry-based skills. DOLE strongly affirms that work
immersion contributes to the full realization of the objectives of the K to 12 Program .
Through this program, the students can be ready for their big step in working and be
comfortable and familiar with business-related conditions in line with their specialization.
Students experience the social interaction in work environment that would help them as
they graduate and face real life. Work immersion is useful as it enables Senior High
students to decide if what they have chosen in school is what they want to have as a
career. Being able to test their skills and knowledge in practice will help them develop
their career choice.
D. EXHIBITS (Reflection)
Our Booth’s content is all about the major subjects that we have Physics, Biology, And
Pre-calculus in physics section we have prism triangles that reflects laser light and
magnet that bounces back a needle. Biology Booth has all the different kinds of animals
that you can only see here in Palawan such as Pilandok or most common called the
Palawan reindeer and the balintong (anteater) the kids love it and they all start taking
pictures. Lastly, the precalculus booth created some games such as Hanoi towers and
mini puzzles to entertain the kids. We also prepare in our booth the popcorns for our
movie theater inside of the classroom. I think all of us work hard and provide some money
for the expenses of the booth I realize that for the first time our section who has a lot of
egotistic people work together as one It felt great to me because it never happened once
in our entire school year. I think the message of this activity was even though everybody
has different kinds of personality whether good or bad one it doesn’t really matter at all
people makes mistakes, using inappropriate words or cursing each other, making
irrational decisions that can cause a lot of mess up on one’s individual tears pour down
to those soft hearted person but I hope everything will change all of us has the right to
have that “second chance” in life. I wish that they feel the same. I want to say I’m sorry
for all the mess I’ve done from this day forward change is coming to those people who
truly want to become a good person who is willing to serve others.

The atom is the basic unit of chemistry. It consists of a dense core called the atomic
nucleus surrounded by a space hosting an electron cloud. The nucleus is made up of
positively charged protons and uncharged neutrons (together called nucleons), while the
electron cloud consists of negatively charged electrons which orbit the nucleus. In a
neutral atom, the negatively charged electrons balance out the positive charge of the
protons. While, a chemical element is a pure substance which is composed of a single
type of atom, characterized by its particular number of protons in the nuclei of its atoms,
known as the atomic number and represented by the symbol Z. The mass number is the
sum of the number of protons and neutrons in a nucleus. Although all the nuclei of all
atoms belonging to one element will have the same atomic number, they may not
necessarily have the same mass number; atoms of an element which have different mass
numbers are known as isotopes. The standard presentation of the chemical elements is
in the periodic table, which orders elements by atomic number. The periodic table is
arranged in groups, or columns, and periods, or rows.

PRECALULUS
Last school year’s mathematics taught us the foundation and basics of our calculus life
for the 12th grade. Mainly our topics were about the four conic sections, namely; Ellipse,
Hyperbola, Parabola and Circle. Conic Sections are figures that can be formed by slicing
a three-dimensional right circular cone with a plane. There are different ways to do this,
and each way yields a different figure. These figures can be represented on the graph as
well as algebraically. A conic section is the intersection of a plane and a cone. By
changing the angle and location of the intersection, we can produce a circle, ellipse,
parabola or hyperbola.
where (h,k) is the center of the circle and r is the radius. In standard form, the equation
would be
where (h,k) is the center of the ellipse, rx is the distance from the center of the circle in
the x direction and ry is the distance from the center in the y direction.
Parabola, is the set of points that are equally distant from a focus point and the directrix,
a fixed line. The standard equation depends on the axis of symmetry. A vertical axis has
a focus at (h,k+p) and the equation (x-h)2=4p(y-k). A horizontal axis has a focus
at (h+p,k) and the equation (y-k)2=4p(x-h). The vertex is always halfway in between the
focus and directrix at a distance p from both.
Hyperbola, A hyperbola is formed when a plane slices the top and bottom section
of the cone. The equation for a hyperbola is

PHYSICS
Physics is one of the most known branches of Science that is being fed to some
of the Senior High School students of the Philippines. Fortunately, we are one of the
many. Last school year’s Physics was the basic and introduction to the world of “Nature’s
knowledge”. Physics is the natural science that involves the study of matter, its motion
and behaviour through space and time. Mostly, people would differentiate Physics and
Mathematics because the two shares a common ideal. We solve problems in Physics
with equations and numbers, which is actually a mathematical procedure in a science.
The main goal of Physics is to understand how the universe behaves, like a mother trying
to assume how her child grows and acts.
