- Edi (E) as the head of manager from the head office
- Refa (R) as the head of manager’s secretary
- Puspa (P) as the manager from subsidiary company
- Novita (N) as an external auditor

I. Welcome the Manager

The conversation is start when the head of manager from the head office (UK) come to its
subsidiary company (Indonesia). When the head of manager arrived in the office, the
subsidiary manager welcome them.
P : Hello sir, nice to meet you!
E : Hi, nice to meet you too!
P : How was your flight sir?
E : Nice, it’s good
R : Yes, we are enjoying the flight because there are no delay. The flight is going on time.
P : Oh, glad to hear. By the way, do you enjoy the scenery?
R : Yes, we are. The scenery of this country is amazing. But, the flight is take too long.
P : Oh yes, you are look like so tired, how about come to my room to take some rest?
E : Yes, sure.
In Puspa’s room
E : can I have a cup of coffee?
P : Sure. How about you miss?
R : Can I have a cup of tea?
P : O, just wait a minute I will take it for you.
The drink is ready, and they are enjoy the drink.
 II. Introduce Your Manager to Your Colleagues
P : Mr. Edi, I would like to introduce you to someone beside me. She is my colleagues.
E : Yes, sure. Who is she?
N : Let me introduce myself sir. My name is Novita Rahmawati, and I’m here as an auditor
of this company.
R : Nice to meet you Novita, I’m Refa, Edi’s secretary.
N : Nice to meet you too miss Refa!
P : This is Novita sir, someone who is responsible for our financial report.
N : Yes sir, so I am here to discuss about the company’s performance.

III. Company Performance

E : How about the performance of this company in your point of view Novita?
N : I think the performance of this company is good sir.
N : Because this company have much profitability, and then the return on asset is also good.
N : This company have stable profit, even every year the profit is increase steadily.
N : The gross margin is also good sir
N : I think many factors that can attract many investor to invest in our company.
N : And as far as I learn about the report, I think there is no problem in it.
E : Do you think this company has a bright future?
N : Of course sir!
N : Because as you know that the shares of our company is always increase every year.
E : Ok then, thank you for your presentation.
