EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
2. Duties:
Employee has been hired to perform the duty of identifying respondents suitable for the
research. The employee has been selected on a basis of knowing his/her students so well
inorder to help the employer to obtain an accurate sample.
3. Compensation
Every leaders is assigned a sum of two hundred Ugandan shillings (200,000ugx) .This
will be paid in cash after he/ she has directly linked us (employers) to the respondents.
The leader shall be paid after we have confirmed that he/she has used the discussed and
agreed criteria to select the respondents.

4. Termination at Will.
The employment will be terminated in case the employee doesn’t agree with the terms
and conditions discussed.
