Virtual gallery  Allows artist to Upload their artwork with category/tags.

 All users can view artworks submitted by the artist.
 Allows artist to update their artworks/category.
 Artist can delete their artworks.

Event officer  View event

bids per auction session.

Auction  Verify the activation code of the user.

 Allows the user to input their preferred bid.
 Display artworks that available for bidding.
 Display specification.
 Allows the user to view the bid listings
