Re “Judge Shopping”, L.R.Civ.P. Rule 3.7, and judge assignment in

4:18-cv-00096RCC

Ms. Lucas:

I am in receipt of your letter (mis-dated February 14, 2018) and wish

to make the following comment:

If YOU want to know WHY most people have lost faith in their
government and WHY some say, ‘to hell with it’ and go “POSTAL”,
then I suggest you reread my letter to Brian Karth, dated and filed
with the Court on February 14, 2018, which sets forth the very
serious issue of “judge shopping,” and compare it with your ‘FU”
letter (with the same date) which is totally non responsive to my
inquiry.

I’ve put you folks “on notice,” and given you “fair warning.”

NOW, watch what happens!!
