“journals” view online use the search box at the database (e.g “Australian Dental Journal”)
Webofscience and scopus will tell you the impact factor of specific journal articles

Tick “guidelines” and “First consult” in the database for a specific condition (e.g “gingivitis”)

Pubmed has a greater number of articles, but medline articles are selected for higher quality
and it has greater control over search strategy in Ovid interface
