An 1807B Valve is used to set the desired flow rate of oxygen to the burners. It has a V-port plug that
can be adjusted accurately with an Allen wrench. Turning the screw counterclockwise increases
flow. A cap conceals the adjustment and discourages tampering with the setting.

The V-port adjustment is in a removable cartridge assembly, simplifying inspection or replacement.?

1807B Valves have brass bodies and internals with Viton "O" ring seals on the stuffing box and
around the shaft. All 1807B Valves are cleaned for oxygen service according to oxygen specifica-
tions.

The 1807-_-C Limiting Orifice Valve is the same as the 1807B-_-C, but with a cast iron body. This valve may be used in some oxygen
applications providing the system pressure is less than 25 psi.
