Papen Section 1. Procedure A CCO shall be prepared, issued and published for each of the above-listed toxic chemical substances. Section 2. Transitory Provision In the interim, users, importers and manufacturers of the above-listed chemicals shall continue the completion and submission of the following requirements to the Environmental Quality Division (EQD) of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) pursuant to DENR Administrative Order No. 98-58: a. Hazardous Wastes Registration Form; and b. Biennial Report. Section 3.
