DENR Administrative Order
No. 2005 - 05:
SUBJECT: Toxic Chemical Substances for Issuance of
Chemical Control Orders -
In the interest of the service and pursuant to Section 20,
Chapter IV, Title II of DENR Administrative Order No. 29 -
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 6969
(Toxic Substances and Hazardous Wastes an Nuclear Wastes
Control Act of 1990), Chemical Control Orders (CCOs) shall be
issued for the following toxic chemical substances:
Cadmium Compounds (Cd);
Lead Compounds (Pb);
Arsenic Compounds (As};
Vinyl Chloride (CHCl);
Benzene (CsHe); and
Chromium (Cre).

Section 1. Procedure
A CCO shall be prepared, issued and published for each of the
above-listed toxic chemical substances.
Section 2. Transitory Provision
In the interim, users, importers and manufacturers of the
above-listed chemicals shall continue the completion and submission
of the following requirements to the Environmental Quality Division
(EQD) of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) pursuant to
DENR Administrative Order No. 98-58:
a. Hazardous Wastes Registration Form; and
b. Biennial Report.
Section 3. Repealing Clause
All Orders, rules and regulations, memoranda and other
issuances inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this Order
are hereby repealed /amended accordingly.
