Subject: Immediate implementation of transfer orders in the grade ofDGM/Addl GMs

of Telecom Operations

Kindly refer to orders contained in aforementioned letters, directing circles IFAs to

follow instructions in letter and spirit. However, it is observed that instructions in the orders,
were not adhered to properly and the executives pay have not been stopped so far. Rather they
have been allowed to continue in the same circle, ignoring BSNL CO instructions. Above
negligency on the part of the circle IFA has been viewed very seriously by the Competent
Authority.

It has been desired by the Competent Authority to adhere to the orders issued vide
aforementioned letters under reference, if not already done and report compliance to the
undersigned within two days on FAX numbers 01123766545/23352838/23366002. However,
the reasons for not stopping the pay of the executives concerned, in spite of above clear
instructions from BSNL CO may be furnished.

In the event, if the executives have been allowed to continue in the same circle and
salary was continuously drawn beyond 28-02-2015 (A/N) as per the decision of the concerned
Head of Circle, the photocopies of the relevant note sheets of the file, in which action was
initiated by concerned IFA to comply with the instructions contained in this office order
No- FC/IAF/Misc/2015/1 dated 13-2-2015 may be furnished to this office, for further
submission to the CMD.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
